This battery charging cable features M8 post-style connectors on a 50cm silicone-jacketed copper core cable, purpose-built for external battery charger connections on electric forklifts. The M8 eyelet terminals bolt directly to battery posts and charger studs — no adapter needed. Available in 8AWG, 10AWG, and 12AWG gauges to match your charger’s current rating, the copper core conductor minimizes voltage drop during charging, ensuring the battery reaches full charge without the charger overcompensating for cable resistance. Silicone jacket withstands flexing over 100,000 cycles — critical for charging cables that get coiled and uncoiled daily.

This is a charging cable, not a traction cable: rated 50A continuous at 600V, it’s designed for the steady current of a battery charger, not the 300A+ peak inrush of a starter motor. Using a charging cable as a starter cable will overheat the conductor. The 50cm length is standard for direct charger-to-battery connections where the charger is positioned adjacent to the forklift. M8 terminals fit standard battery post bolts — check your battery terminal size before ordering (some heavy-duty forklifts use M10 posts).
