Forklift Steering Drag Link Assembly A21B4-32081 — 2-3.5 Ton Forklift Steering Linkage
This forklift steering drag link assembly part number A21B4-32081 is a Kingstream OEM steering linkage for 2-3.5 ton forklift trucks in manufacturing, construction, and material handling. The drag link — also called steering linkage rod — connects the steering cylinder rod to the steering knuckle arm, transmitting the push-pull motion of the steering cylinder to turn the rear wheels. 0.6kg with 20×20×20cm carton box packaging. 100% professional tested. 7-15 day delivery. Kingstream OEM for 2-3.5 ton forklift fleet steering linkage replacement.
DRAG LINK FUNCTION: The drag link is the mechanical connection between the steering cylinder and the steering knuckle arm. One end attaches to the steering cylinder rod via a threaded rod end or clevis pin, the other end connects to the steering knuckle arm via a ball joint or tie rod end. When the steering cylinder extends or retracts, the drag link pushes or pulls the knuckle arm, pivoting the knuckle on the kingpin to change the rear wheel angle. A worn or bent drag link causes loose steering, uneven tire wear, and steering shimmy. For 2-3.5 ton forklift fleet steering maintenance, contact us. Kingstream OEM.
INSTALLATION: Support forklift, remove the cotter pin and castle nut from the tie rod end at the knuckle arm, separate the tie rod end from the knuckle arm, disconnect the cylinder end, extract the old drag link, install the new drag link, connect both ends, install new cotter pins, torque nuts to specification, verify proper steering alignment.
