This forklift gearbox transmission assembly model YQXD30 (part number YDXD30-11) is a Kingstream OEM hydraulic transmission gearbox with solenoid valve for Heli K series and C240 diesel engine 3-ton forklift trucks in manufacturing, construction, retail, and material handling. The gearbox features a 34-tooth axle shaft spline and includes an integrated solenoid valve for electronic shift control — the solenoid valve receives signals from the gear selector and transmission controller to direct hydraulic pressure to the appropriate clutch packs for forward, neutral, and reverse gear selection. 135kg with 93×54×53cm packaging. 100% brand-new. 1-year warranty. 100% professional tested. INSTALLATION: Step 1 — Support the forklift and remove the counterweight. Step 2 — Drain transmission fluid. Step 3 — Disconnect battery, solenoid valve electrical connectors, shift linkage, hydraulic hoses, and drive shaft. Step 4 — Support the engine and transmission. Step 5 — Remove transmission mounts and bell housing bolts. Step 6 — Separate the old gearbox from the engine — transfer the torque converter if reusing. Step 7 — Fill the torque converter with ATF and seat on the new gearbox input shaft (verify two-click engagement). Step 8 — Measure converter-to-housing distance. Step 9 — Align and bolt the new gearbox to the engine. Step 10 — Reconnect solenoid valve wiring, shift linkage, hydraulic lines, and drive shaft. Step 11 — Refill transmission fluid. Step 12 — Start the engine and verify solenoid valve operation — cycle through all gears with no error codes.
