INSTALLATION: Step 1 — Safely support the forklift and remove the counterweight, engine covers, and floor plate. Step 2 — Disconnect the battery, transmission electrical connectors, shift linkage, and hydraulic hoses. Step 3 — Drain the transmission fluid. Step 4 — Support the engine and transmission with a suitable lifting device or crane capable of handling 200kg. Step 5 — Remove the drive shaft, transmission mounting bolts, and bell housing bolts. Step 6 — Carefully separate the transmission from the engine and torque converter. Step 7 — Transfer the torque converter and any external components to the new gearbox assembly. Step 8 — Align the new gearbox with the engine, ensuring the torque converter is properly seated in the pump drive. Step 9 — Install and torque bell housing bolts and transmission mounts to specification. Step 10 — Reconnect drive shaft, hydraulic lines, shift linkage, and electrical connectors. Step 11 — Refill with correct specification transmission fluid. Step 12 — Bleed the hydraulic clutch system if applicable. Step 13 — Start the engine and cycle through all gear positions.
