AXLE BODY STRUCTURE: The H2000 rear axle beam is a heavy steel fabrication with precision-machined king pin bores at both ends. These bores accept the king pins that allow the steering knuckles to pivot for wheel turning. The axle body must withstand the full weight of the forklift counterweight, battery or engine, and operator cabin, plus dynamic steering loads during turning and cornering. INSTALLATION: Jack up and support the forklift. Remove rear wheels. Disconnect steering cylinder, tie rods, and brake lines. Unbolt the axle from the chassis frame. Remove the old axle beam. Install the new axle, torque chassis mounting bolts to specification. Reconnect steering cylinder, tie rods, and brake lines. Bleed brakes if applicable. Install rear wheels.
