INSTALLATION: Step 1 — Drain engine oil. Step 2 — Remove the oil filter. Step 3 — Unbolt the old filter base from the engine block. Step 4 — Clean the engine block mounting surface. Step 5 — Install the new base with a new gasket, torque bolts to specification. Step 6 — Install a new oil filter. Step 7 — Refill engine oil, start and check for leaks. Kingstream OEM.
