Forklift Flywheel Ring Gear QC4J1-115C32-FLCQ — QuanChai Diesel Engine Flywheel Ring Gear for Forklift Trucks
This forklift flywheel ring gear part number QC4J1-115C32-FLCQ is a Kingstream OEM replacement ring gear for QuanChai diesel engines in forklift trucks, port equipment, warehousing, manufacturing, construction, and mining environments. The ring gear is the hardened toothed ring pressed or heat-shrunk onto the outer circumference of the engine flywheel — the starter motor pinion gear engages these teeth to rotate the crankshaft during engine starting. 4.5kg with 50×50×10cm carton or wooden box packaging. 100% professional tested. 7-15 day delivery. Kingstream OEM quality for QuanChai diesel engine forklift fleet operators.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE: Step 1 — Remove the transmission to access the flywheel. Step 2 — Remove the flywheel from the crankshaft. Step 3 — Drive the old ring gear off the flywheel with a hammer and punch, working evenly around the circumference. Step 4 — Clean the flywheel ring gear seat. Step 5 — Heat the new ring gear evenly to 200-250°C for thermal expansion. Step 6 — Quickly position the heated ring gear onto the flywheel with chamfered teeth facing the starter side. Step 7 — Allow to cool for a secure interference fit. Step 8 — Reinstall flywheel onto crankshaft with new bolts and thread locker. Step 9 — Reinstall transmission. Step 10 — Verify smooth starter engagement without grinding. 100% professional tested. Kingstream OEM.
SYMPTOMS OF RING GEAR FAILURE: Grinding or screeching noise during engine cranking, starter pinion failing to engage, visible worn or chipped teeth, engine cranking only in certain flywheel positions. For QuanChai diesel engine fleet flywheel maintenance, contact us. Kingstream OEM.
