6.00-9 Forklift Steel Wheel Rim — 1.5-2 Ton Standard Fitment

This 6.00-9 steel wheel rim is the standard rim size specified on 1.5-2 ton electric and internal combustion counterbalance forklifts — the workhorse light-duty class deployed in virtually every warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing plant, and retail logistics operation worldwide. A corroded, cracked, or impact-damaged 6.00-9 rim must be replaced immediately to maintain safe operating conditions.

Manufactured from heavy-gauge structural steel, this rim begins as a flat blank that is progressively cold-rolled into the precise 6.00-9 bead-seat profile with correct flange height, bead-seat angle, and well contour. The center disc is stamped from structural steel plate, CNC-machined for accurate bolt-hole positioning and center bore concentricity, then robotically seam-welded to the rim barrel with full-penetration circumferential welds. Post-welding processing includes shot-blasting to SA 2.5, zinc phosphate anti-corrosion treatment, and electrostatic powder coating in durable semi-gloss black — providing excellent resistance to the warehouse and light industrial environments where these compact forklifts typically operate. Runout is held within 1.5mm TIR.
