The rim profile — including the bead seat diameter, flange height, and well contour — is precision-rolled to international standards (ISO, JIS, or GB) to ensure proper tire bead seating and air seal. The center disc is stamped from heavy-gauge steel plate and robotically welded to the rim barrel with continuous circumferential welds, then the complete assembly is shot-blasted, phosphate-treated for corrosion protection, and finished with a durable electrostatic powder coat in standard black or custom colors.
