This is the original HELI battery charger (model GBCH24V, CX part number B.M.02.0608G1) for the HELI CBD15-LI lithium pallet truck — not a generic aftermarket charger. Lithium batteries require a charger with a specific constant-current/constant-voltage (CC/CV) charging profile, charge termination voltage, and balance charging protocol that matches the battery management system. Using a generic lead-acid charger on a lithium battery will not only fail to charge correctly — it can overcharge individual cells, triggering the BMS protection and bricking the battery. The GBCH24V is factory-calibrated to the CBD15-LI’s lithium battery specifications.

The charger delivers 24V DC at 10 amps — sufficient to fully charge the CBD15-LI’s lithium battery from a standard 220V AC wall outlet. Weight: 1.35 kg (charger unit), 2.0 kg packaged.
