This Eaypower EPC4805 is a multi-voltage smart charger supporting three output configurations (48V/5A, 12V/10A, 34V/10A) from a universal 85V-265V AC input — a single charger unit can service multiple forklift battery voltages across a fleet. The 92% efficiency aluminium-housed charger weighs just 1.2 kg (197×120×73mm), making it portable enough for field service or shop use. Unlike single-voltage chargers locked to one battery type, the EPC4805 handles LiFePO4, lithium-ion, and lead-acid batteries with automatic chemistry detection and appropriate charging profiles.

CAN bus communication enables direct interface with BMS for real-time charge monitoring and cell-level voltage management. External indicator provides charge status at a glance. CE certified with 18-month warranty — one of the longest warranty periods in the industrial charger market. The wide 85V-265V AC input range means this charger operates on any global mains voltage without a transformer, from 110V North American power to 240V European mains. The multi-chemistry support eliminates the need for separate chargers when a fleet includes both lithium and lead-acid forklifts.
