Available in three current ratings (80A, 160A, and 320A) at 150V DC, this assembly replaces worn or corroded battery-to-controller and battery-to-charger cables that cause voltage drop, overheating, and intermittent power loss. The pre-crimped connectors eliminate the most common failure point in DIY cable fabrication — improperly crimped lugs that develop hot spots under load.
When to replace: if your electric forklift shows reduced run time even with a fully charged battery, measure voltage drop across the existing cables under load. A drop exceeding 0.5V at rated current indicates high-resistance connectors or corroded cable — replace the assembly. The 320A version is sized for 2-3.5 ton electric counterbalance forklifts where the traction motor draws peak currents during acceleration and ramp climbing.
