MANUFACTURING QUALITY: All raw materials undergo top-level heat treatment and are processed with imported CNC lathes, grinders, and drills. The tie-rod design uses four high-strength tie rods to clamp the cylinder end caps, providing easy disassembly for seal replacement compared to welded cylinders. The hard chrome plated rod surface provides a hardness of 60-70 HRC with excellent resistance to scoring from side loading and abrasive contaminants. Imported polyurethane and PTFE seals maintain consistent performance across the full stroke with minimal internal leakage. INSTALLATION: Mount the cylinder using the clevis or flange mounting points — ensure the cylinder is aligned with the load direction to prevent side loading that causes premature rod and seal wear. Connect the hydraulic hose to the single port with the correct fitting and O-ring. Bleed air by cycling the cylinder 5-10 times without load — trapped air causes spongy operation and uneven lifting. Check for hydraulic fluid leaks at the rod seal and fittings after the first hour of operation at working pressure. Inspect the hard chrome rod surface every 250 hours for scoring or pitting.
