INSTALLATION PROCEDURE: Step 1 — Disconnect the battery and drain engine oil, coolant, and fuel. Step 2 — Remove the engine hood and any access panels. Step 3 — Disconnect all electrical harnesses, throttle linkage, fuel lines, coolant hoses, exhaust system, and hydraulic connections from the engine. Label all connections for reinstallation. Step 4 — Support the engine with an overhead crane or forklift with appropriate lifting capacity (minimum 200kg). Step 5 — Remove the engine mount bolts at the chassis. Step 6 — Separate the engine from the transmission at the bell housing. Step 7 — Carefully lift the old engine out of the chassis. Step 8 — Transfer any reusable accessories from the old engine to the new one (special brackets, adapters, sensors). Step 9 — Align the new engine with the transmission input shaft and bell housing. Step 10 — Install engine mount bolts and torque to specification. Step 11 — Reconnect all electrical, fuel, coolant, exhaust, and hydraulic connections. Step 12 — Refill with correct engine oil, coolant, and fuel. Step 13 — Prime the oil system by cranking the engine with the ignition disabled until oil pressure registers. Step 14 — Start the engine and check for leaks, abnormal noises, and proper operation. Verify charging voltage and coolant temperature. Step 15 — Test drive and verify engine performance under load. 6-month warranty. CE ISO9001 certified. Kingstream OEM.

SYMPTOMS OF ENGINE FAILURE REQUIRING REPLACEMENT: Excessive blue or white exhaust smoke (oil burning or coolant leakage into cylinders), severe knocking or rod bearing noise, complete loss of compression in one or more cylinders, catastrophic engine seizure, cracked engine block or cylinder head from overheating, and repair costs exceeding the replacement engine value.
