1.5T Forklift Brake Shoe Set for HELI Forklifts

Each set includes four brake shoes (primary and secondary, left and right axle sets), manufactured with high-friction semi-metallic lining material bonded and riveted to precision-stamped steel backing plates. The lining compound is formulated for the moderate operating temperatures of 1.5-ton forklift duty cycles, providing consistent friction coefficient for reliable stopping performance in warehouse, retail, and light industrial environments.

The brake shoes feature an asbestos-free lining composition that delivers excellent cold friction for immediate braking response without requiring warm-up, an important characteristic for forklifts that operate with frequent short-distance travel between stops. The steel backing plates are CNC-stamped for precise arc radius matching the brake drum ID, ensuring full shoe-to-drum contact from the first brake application. Each shoe is clearly marked as primary (leading) or secondary (trailing) to prevent installation errors, and the anchor pin slots and spring holes are precisely positioned to match HELI OEM specifications for correct self-energizing action during forward braking.
