Each set includes four oversized brake shoes (primary and secondary, left and right axle sets), manufactured with extra-thick semi-metallic friction linings bonded and riveted to heavy-gauge steel backing plates. The lining compound is formulated for the extreme heat loads generated when decelerating 10,000 kg loads, providing consistent friction coefficient with minimal fade even during repeated heavy braking cycles.

The brake shoes feature a 30% thicker lining profile compared to standard 3T-class shoes, delivering extended service life under severe-duty conditions where brake temperatures can exceed 400°C. The steel backing plates are stamped from 4mm high-carbon steel with reinforced anchor pin bosses for the higher mechanical loads transferred through the brake system on 10-ton forklifts. Each shoe is clearly marked as primary (leading) or secondary (trailing), and the rivet pattern uses brass rivets for corrosion resistance and consistent shear strength throughout the lining wear life.

Direct bolt-in replacement for HELI CPCD100, CPQD100, and equivalent 10-ton forklift models using drum-type front brakes.
