At 29.6 kg, this is a substantial clutch pack designed for sustained high-torque operation in port, steel mill, and heavy manufacturing environments where the forklift handles near-maximum loads continuously. The assembly includes the complete clutch friction disc set, steel separator plates, hydraulic engagement piston with return springs, and the clutch housing — all pre-assembled and tested as a single replacement unit. This clutch pack is specific to HELI 5-ton capacity forklifts with the heavy-duty powershift transmission — it does NOT fit the 2-3 ton or 7-10 ton HELI models which use different clutch pack diameters and disc counts. The 5-ton transmission uses a larger-diameter clutch pack with additional friction discs compared to the 3-ton version, providing the increased torque capacity required for 5-ton load handling.
