The FKBR-3016H steering orbitrol is the OEM hydrostatic steering control unit for HELI CPCD100-QC3K 10-ton heavy-duty forklifts. This orbitrol converts the operator’s steering wheel input into proportional hydraulic oil flow to the steering cylinder — critical for safe maneuvering of a 10-ton forklift in port, steel mill, and heavy manufacturing environments. The FKBR-3016H is sized for the higher steering forces and hydraulic flow requirements of large-capacity forklifts, providing the precise, low-effort steering response needed when handling maximum-rated loads at low speeds in congested work areas.

This steering control unit is specific to the HELI CPCD100-QC3K model — a 10-ton diesel forklift that places heavy demands on the steering system. The orbitrol’s internal gerotor metering section and rotary spool valve must handle the high hydraulic flow rates required to move the massive steering cylinder on a large-frame forklift while maintaining proportional steering wheel feedback to the operator.
