Forklift Torque Converter 3T TCM — TCM Forklift Transmission Torque Converter Assembly

This forklift torque converter is a Kingstream OEM 3-ton TCM forklift transmission torque converter assembly for TCM counterbalance forklifts in manufacturing, construction, port, logistics, warehousing, and mining. The torque converter is a fluid coupling between the engine and transmission that multiplies engine torque during acceleration — it uses a pump (impeller driven by engine flywheel), a turbine (connected to transmission input shaft), and a stator (redirects oil flow to multiply torque). Unlike a manual clutch, the torque converter provides infinitely variable torque multiplication without driver input, enabling smooth starting under load and automatic speed matching. 30kg with 50×50×50cm carton packaging. 100% professional tested. 7-10 day delivery. INSTALLATION: Step 1 — Remove the transmission from the forklift. Step 2 — Separate the torque converter from the flywheel — the converter mounting bolts are accessed through the starter mounting hole or access cover. Step 3 — Drain the old converter of transmission fluid. Step 4 — Inspect the flywheel flex plate for cracks. Step 5 — Fill the new converter with clean ATF before installation. Step 6 — Align the converter hub with the transmission input shaft and pump drive — the converter must seat fully with two distinct engagement clicks. Step 7 — Measure converter-to-housing distance to verify full seating. Step 8 — Bolt the converter to the flex plate with new bolts and thread locker. Step 9 — Reinstall transmission and refill fluid. Step 10 — Test drive and verify smooth operation. Kingstream OEM.
